Some of us at Hanson Regan are ex Contractors going as far back as 1987. We know the challenges faced by contactors. We also know what it is to be treated well by a good Agency.

We also know that there are some recruitment agencies out there are unscrupulous in their treatment of contractors. Hanson Regan pledges to make your experience with us as smooth as possible.

We believe in fair play for everybody. We aim to look after you properly, so that you can concentrate on doing the best possible job for our clients.

  • From the outset we will verify your skills before we put you in front of our client for interview. This ensures that you would be able to deliver what has been asked of us by the client We will always consider your personal requirements when putting you forward
  • We have an interview preparation document on our website. Please make sure you register on the site to download the document before you take your interview.Hanson Regan will always be honest and give you full feedback Should you ever have a complaint with Hanson Regan we would be happy to provide you with the relevant details.
  • Hanson Regan will communicate with you regularly throughout the course of your contract. Not only will we be able to help you with contractual matters but we should be able to guide you through any difficulties you may encounter on site. Please speak to us in the first instance; this is what we are here for.
  • Please note that all our contractors are covered by PI, Employers and Public Liability insurance while on contract. We also underwrite our clients against bad debts so that your earnings are protected.
  • Some of our contractors have been on multiple contracts with us. In advance of our contract finishing up we will be busy finding your next contract. Perhaps you are reading this now and need a new contract or perhaps you know someone that could do with our help.   • A word on references. If we haven't dealt with you before without speaking to your references we are putting our reputations on the line with our clients. Today I have spoken to my client about a candidate who I had taken 3 excellent references on. I spoke with conviction about the candidate and even though they looked weaker on paper to another candidate the client asked for an immediate interview.
